My name is Grete and I come from Estonia, the northern part of Europe. Come along for my food, especially dessert and travel adventures!

My love for traveling started as a child when I went on a two-week bus and train trip from Estonia to Moscow and St. Petersburg. I don't directly remember this trip, rather the feeling of seeing and experiencing completely different countries, cities, languages, cultures and people. And the rest is history which has taken me to 22 countries so far and the grand plan is to visit every country on earth.

But my love for desserts started six years later, compared to when I found the travel bug in me. My mom took me to coffee shops every weekend to celebrate all the wins and lessons learned during the week. So, we usually visited our favorite cafe, but we also explored new ones in Tallinn and other European cities, which made me passionate about different desserts in this wide world.

Time has gone on, but my passion for food, especially desserts and pastries, and traveling has only grown. Hop on board and discover the world of desserts and sights with me!
